Does the AI diagnose?
No. CarexBoost does not diagnose, does not treat and does not decide treatment — it is not a medical device. The AI prepares materials, summarises the session and structures the report; the professional reads it, corrects it and always decides. Nothing leaves the record without that validation.
Where is the data kept?
On European soil. Health data is a special category under the GDPR: it is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with backups inside the EU and role-based access. It belongs to you and your patient — you can export or delete it at any time, and we do not train models on record data.
Does it work for both speech therapy and psychology?
Yes, both, on the same platform and the same plan. Materials are generated by condition and by age — from an /r/ exercise for an 8-year-old to a school-anxiety worksheet for a teenager — and session notes follow each discipline’s structure. In a clinic, each professional works in their own field without leaving the same record.
How is this different from scheduling software?
Scheduling software organises the calendar and the invoicing; the clinical work stays entirely with you. CarexBoost has scheduling and practice management, but what sets it apart is the layer above: it generates session materials by condition, turns the consultation into structured notes and prepares the progress report. It is not only where you book — it is where you prepare, record and show progress.
How does the trial work?
The 7-day trial is on the Practice plan. We ask for a card at the start, but charge nothing during the 7 days: cancel before the end and you pay nothing. For a week you get that plan in full, with your real records, and you can export everything before deciding.
Can I change plan or cancel at any time?
Yes, from your own account. A plan change takes effect immediately and the amount is adjusted pro rata for the time left in the paid period. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of that period and can export records, notes and reports before leaving.
